Chair Rental, or Commission Duties Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, keratin treatments, blow-drying, and updo's tailored to each client's preferences and features Perform expert hair coloring techniques such as balayage, highlights, lowlights, and corrective color using advanced color theory principles Apply hair extensions with precision to enhance volume and length for clients seeking dramatic or subtle changes Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations Offer personalized hair care advice and product recommendations to promote healthy hair and meet individual needs Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hairstyling and coloring work Expertise in hair coloring techniques grounded in solid understanding of color theory Skilled in haircutting, styling, makeup application, and the use of tools like straight razors for precise grooming Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their desires and deliver exceptional service Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships through upselling quality products and services Excellent communication skills combined with mentoring abilities to support team growth and development.
