Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, providing personalized recommendations and upselling retail products confidently. Skills Multi Cultural Barbering Skills Familiarity with barbershop management software such as Square POS for appointment booking and client management. Skilled in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the barbershop environment. Ability to perform straight razor shaves with precision and confidence. Strong customer service skills to build lasting relationships and ensure client loyalty. Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling Men's Hair Products like pomade ,sea salt spray and volume texturepowder just to name a few. Effective communication skills with team members and collaborating with colleagues on barbershop sanitation management tasks.
