The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and demonstrate expertise in various hair techniques, including hair extensions, color,cut, and ect . As the Salon stylist/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operation, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery. Lead, mentor, and motivate salon staff to achieve their best performance. Maintain an inviting atmosphere for clients while promoting a culture of teamwork and professionalism. Oversee inventory manage retail Implement upselling strategies to increase sales of services and products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment. Experience Strong knowledge of cosmetology practices, including hair extensions, cuts, color, eyelash extensions, and barbering techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members. Experience in retail sales and understanding of retail math principles is preferred.
