to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling opportunities related to hair care, skincare, and beauty products. Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Mentor junior team members in hair styling techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence to promote team growth and skill development. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling, coloring, and treatments such as straight razor shaves or hair extensions. for scheduling and client management. Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation standards, and retail sales techniques to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Experience with eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading is highly desirable.
