Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling payments with retail math accuracy. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair threading, color theory, and advanced styling methods to foster team growth. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
