Hair Stylist — Experienced & Emerging Talent Welcome Are you passionate about hair, creativity, and helping clients feel their best? We are looking for licensed Hair Stylists to join our growing salon team. We welcome both experienced professionals and junior stylists who are eager to develop their skills, learn our techniques, and grow within a supportive and team-focused salon culture. The right candidate is reliable, positive, professional, and genuinely excited to learn, collaborate, and build lasting relationships with clients. If you are motivated, coachable, and ready to become part of an exceptional team, we would love to meet you. Some Sunday availability is required. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide thoughtful consultations to understand their preferences and goals Recommend haircuts, colors, and styles based on each client's hair, face shape, lifestyle, and personal taste Shampoo, condition, treat, and dry clients' hair using appropriate products Perform haircuts for short, medium, and long hair Apply coloring techniques such as root color, highlights, ombré, balayage, and toning Create polished everyday styles and formal looks Perform blowouts and style hair using flat irons, curling irons, and other professional tools Recommend treatments and home-care products based on clients' needs Build trusting relationships with clients and encourage long-term retention Manage appointments and assist walk-in clients Maintain a clean, organized station and properly sanitize tools Support fellow team members and contribute to a welcoming salon environment Continue learning new techniques, products, and industry trends What We're Looking For A valid Florida cosmetology license Experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or similar role is valued Junior stylists with strong foundational skills, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to learn are encouraged to apply Knowledge of cutting, blow-drying, styling, and basic coloring techniques Familiarity with hair treatments, including masks and keratin or smoothing services, is a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills A professional appearance and positive attitude Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to receive guidance Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts Availability to work some Sundays Why Join Our Team?
