Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Hairdresser/Barber to join our crew. If you're passionate about this trade, and love connecting with people, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Modern and traditional hair cutting Deliver precision fades, tapers, beard grooming, and straight razor shaves Perform color services (optional) - highlights, balayage, toners, etc. Build real relationships with guest and keep them coming back Stay current on trends, tools, and techniques in hair cutting and color Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Recommend products and educate guest on aftercare What We're Looking For Licensed Barber and/or Cosmetologist 1+ year of behind-the-chair experience preferred (new talent welcome!) Strong work ethics and problem solving skills Great communication and customer service vibes Self-motivated with a team-player mindset Passion for continued education and growth •Some clientele required•
