Stylist Assistant

About WW Beauty Studio WW Beauty Studio is Orlando's exclusive Oribe and Kerastase salon, specializing in luxury hair extensions and color. We're hiring a Stylist Assistant who wants to learn this craft the right way — under stylists who work with the best products in the industry, on guests who expect a high-end experience. Pay and Schedule $14/hr your first month. After passing your 30-day performance review, you move to $15/hr. Performance revisions every 2 months — your pay grows with your skill.

On top of hourly:

10-15% commission on every Oribe or Kerastase retail item you sell, plus 100% of your tips. Full-time and Part-time available with a flexible schedule that can work around school or a second job. What you'll do

• Greet and prep clients — consultations, capes, beverages, comfort
• Shampoo, condition, gloss, and rinse — every guest, every visit
• Apply color under stylist direction
• Assist on extension installs and maintenance (hand-tied and beaded rows)
• Maintain station cleanliness, sanitation, and inventory
• Manage backbar, towels, laundry, and product restock
• Recommend and sell Oribe and Kerastase retail to clients
• Support front desk during peak hours — check-ins, retail, scheduling What we're looking for
• Florida Cosmetology License — required (currently enrolled is also welcome)
• Reliable, on-time, and ready to work — non-negotiable
• Coachable — you take direction and apply it the next time without being told twice
• Hungry to learn extensions, color theory, and luxury client experience
• Phone presence — you can speak clearly and confidently to a paying client
• Physically able to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift What you get
