Flexible hours and days. Great work environment working with a great team of women! No experience in organics is required, as training can be provided. Must be professional, reliable and a TEAM player. Must also have references. Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in color/highlighting and styling. Duties Provide professional hair styling, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client's preferences and needs Perform precise haircuts using various techniques Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service Ability to utilize salon software like Vagaro for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Engage clients with excellent communication skills, offering personalized recommendations for retail products and upselling opportunities Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques Knowledge of hair coloring principles and color theory to achieve desired results safely and effectively Skilled in retail sales strategies including upselling hair care products, retail math proficiency, and store management basics Strong understanding of sanitation practices aligned with industry standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Join us to unleash your creativity in a lively environment where your talent makes a difference!
