Overview As an Entry-Level Hair Stylist at Aacardi The Salon, you will embark on a structured training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful stylist. You will learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build your confidence in a supportive atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals eager to begin their journey in the exciting world of hair styling. Responsibilities (During Training & Post-Training):

Training Program Participation:

Actively participate in all training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations. Learn and master fundamental hairdressing techniques, including cutting, coloring, styling, and client consultation. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and receive feedback. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the training process. Client Services (Post-Training): Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services. Perform hair services as trained, including haircuts, color applications, styling, and treatments. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Build and maintain a loyal client base. Salon Operations (Post-Training): Assist with salon upkeep, including cleaning and sanitizing. Manage inventory and notify management of low stock. Adhere to salon policies and procedures. Promote salon services and products. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for hair and a desire to learn. Strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a team player mentality. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Cosmetology license or in progress (preferred, but not required to start training - we can discuss options).
