to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operations Apply hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles for vibrant or subtle results tailored to each client Execute barbering services like straight razor shaves and precise haircuts for diverse clientele Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products like hair care and nail care items Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management tasks Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication skills and collaboration Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and retail math techniques Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry preferred Proficiency with salon software such as
