Duties Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair extensions, and special treatments to meet diverse client needs. Utilize advanced techniques such as hair coloring based on color theory and styling with precision to achieve desired looks. Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth. Upsell retail products and additional services through excellent client communication to increase revenue streams. Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Strong skills in hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and sanitation practices. Knowledge of hair care products, hair coloring techniques, color theory, and hair treatments. Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration. Experience in store management or leadership roles within a salon setting is highly preferred. Passion for ongoing learning about new trends, techniques, and industry best practices in cosmetology and barbering.
