We believe teamwork makes the dream work and are looking to add talented professionals to our growing team. We are seeking motivated, professional, and experienced Barbers and Hair Stylists who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service and building long-term clientele. Enjoy a four-day work week while generating high-volume repeat business. Job Type Full-time or Part-time Four-day work week Job Responsibilities Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments Conduct detailed client consultations to understand and deliver desired results Build and maintain a loyal client base while confidently servicing walk-ins Recommend and sell retail products to clients Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a luxury service environment Participate in continued education and training classes Represent the brand professionally in the shop and at promotional events when available Qualifications 1+ year of professional barbering or cosmetology experience preferred (New graduates welcome — mentorship and on-the-job training provided) Valid Florida Barber or Cosmetology license Skilled in both classic and modern techniques Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Motivated to grow income through service and retail sales Compensation & Benefits Commission + tips 20% commission on all retail product sales Ongoing education and professional development Fully equipped, modern workspace with top-of-the-line tools Marketing and social media exposure Why Work at The Heritage Club High-end, high-volume shop Strong team culture and support Consistent walk-in traffic Growth opportunities for ambitious professionals Luxury environment with a loyal client base.
