In this role, you will be the face of our salon, providing exceptional hair styling and grooming services that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful. Your expertise in hair extensions, coloring, and styling will help clients achieve their desired looks while delivering top-tier customer service. Responsibilities Deliver personalized hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, color treatments, and special occasion styles. Perform specialized services such as hair extensions Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable styles, and educate them on hair care routines. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with health regulations and salon standards. Use salon software systems like Meevo for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking. Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair treatments to meet client needs. Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development and uphold high service standards. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments efficiently. Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, color theory, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and new product offerings. Support store management by assisting with inventory control and retail math calculations to maximize sales opportunities. Requirements Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling and customer service excellence Knowledge of salon software systems like Meevo for scheduling and retail management. Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their beauty goals. Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies to promote product lines confidently. Familiarity with store management tasks including front desk operations and inventory control. Demonstrated ability to mentor team members while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. Pay:

$14.00 - $40.00 per hour
