220B Datura st, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. Duties Deliver professional hair services including cutting, styling to meet each client's unique needs. Perform grooming services such as straight razor shaves and beard trims with precision and care. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations. Utilize salon software like
MINDBODY
to schedule appointments, manage client records, process retail sales, and upsell products effectively. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings via store management systems, and answering customer inquiries with professionalism. Promote retail sales by recommending products such as hair care items, essentials tailored to client needs. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in cosmetology or barbering. Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment scheduling and client management. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a hygienic salon environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure excellent customer service. Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies within a salon or spa setting. Ability to mentor others while maintaining a positive attitude; experience training or guiding junior staff is a plus. Join us as a where your talent will shine!
