I'm looking for someone who is comfortable bringing their own artistic eye to the work while also being able to follow a specific visual direction. I want the hair to feel intentional and expressive and to contribute to the overall look and personality of the project. What I'm Looking For Experience styling hair and creating intentional looks or actively building portfolio A strong sense of creativity and visual detail Someone who can work collaboratively and communicate ideas Ability to work from visual references and/or a specific creative direction A portfolio or examples of previous work Professional and reliable communication Responsibilities Discuss the desired hairstyle/look and overall visual direction Develop the look based on the project's needs Make adjustments based on references and creative feedback Communicate your availability, process, and rates Complete the agreed-upon styling work within the established timeframe Budget & Rate I'm currently figuring out the budget for this role, so I'm open to discussing your rates and how you typically structure your pricing.
