Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, color theory, and retail upselling strategies to foster team growth. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience with hair styling, barbering techniques, and salon operations. for appointment scheduling and client management. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon environment. Skilled in various services including hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide personalized consultations. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience with store management or leadership roles is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
