Duties Provide professional hair styling, coloring, cutting, extension, and texture services tailored to each client's preferences, features, and lifestyle Utilize salon software such as Mangomint for appointment scheduling, client management, and sales tracking Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Offer expert advice on hair care products, upselling items that suit clients' needs and preferences Deliver personalized client communication to understand their desired outcomes and provide style recommendations Mentor junior team members in technical skills Perform customer service excellence Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and coloring work Proficiency with salon management software such as Mangomint or similar platforms Skilled in hair care techniques including coloring, styling, extensions, and advanced haircutting methods on short and long hair; proficiency with shears, clippers, and a razor Deep knowledge of color theory to achieve precise color results tailored to each client Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products confidently and ethically Ability to mentor colleagues in cosmetology Knowledge of sanitation standards essential for maintaining a safe salon environment Embrace your passion for beauty by joining a team that values creativity, professionalism, and continuous growth.
