What We Offer Competitive commission structure (up to 70%) 100% of tips go to you Steady flow of clients (walk-ins and online bookings) Marketing and advertising provided by the company Front desk support (payments and booking system handled for you) App-based booking system (Squire) Growth opportunities within a multi-location brand Consistent scheduling support Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services Deliver excellent customer service and create a great client experience Maintain a clean and professional workstation Follow company standards, dress code, and service flow Stay punctual and reliable with scheduled shifts Build and retain clientele (company support provided) Requirements Active Georgia Barber License Strong skills in fades, tapers, and beard work Professional attitude and team mindset Good communication and customer service skills Must be dependable and motivated to grow Compensation Commission-based pay: 50%-70% (based on performance and time with company) Tips paid directly to barber Potential to earn $1,000+ per week Why Join Elegance & Style?
