Offer additional beauty services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction. Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointments seamlessly. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in barbering, cosmetology practices, and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist or barber with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and extensions. Knowledge of salon software systems like
