As a Braid/Loc Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional braiding, twisting, and/or loc services to clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional salon environment. This role requires a passion for hair styling, excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Duties

HIGH REGARD FOR WORK ETHIC, POSSESS INTEGRITY, AND ABLE TO WORK IN SALON ENVIRONMENT.

Perform various braiding techniques and styles according to client preferences, salon policy, and hair types. Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide recommendations based on their hair type and maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Must possess technical braiding and/or loc skills that include Stitch Braiding, Braided Ponytail, Knotless Braids, Loc Retwists, and Custom Cornrows and/or Loc Installation, Styling and Maintenance Proficiency. Promote additional salon services such as products, makeup application, and eyelash extensions to enhance client experience. Utilize salon software for team communication on a consistent basis. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair braiding techniques and styles to provide clients with innovative options. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in a salon is a plus but not required. Proficiency in specific styles. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Join us as we create beautiful styles that empower our clients!
