Joining our team will feel more like becoming part of a family. We are a very busy, smaller 7 chair salon hoping to add on another full-time or a couple part-time stylists to our already amazing team. Team is the perfect word to describe how this fantastic group people work together as well as encourage and uplift one another. Hairstylist Job Responsibilities:
- Helps clients decide their ideal haircut and hairstyle.
- Completes haircutting techniques, including trims, layers, and texturizing.
- Performs haircoloring methods, such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
- Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
- Can perform other chemicals services such as perms and keratin treatments
- Ability to perform manicures and pedicures as well as other nail services is a plus!
- Develops ongoing relationships with clients.
- Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools
