Job Overview We are looking for a talented and passionate Licensed Hairstylist to join our beauty team! We are seeking a creative professional who loves creating beautiful hair transformations and providing exceptional service to clients. In this role, you will specialize in customized hair color, highlights, balayage, and modern haircut techniques while helping clients achieve their desired look. This is a paid position in a professional salon environment where creativity, education, and artistry are valued. Responsibilities Perform professional hair services including highlights, balayage, hair coloring, toning, and customized color transformations. Create dimensional and personalized hair colors based on each client's style and preferences. Perform haircuts using different techniques, including layered cuts, modern styles, and customized shapes. Provide consultations to understand client goals and recommend the best services for their hair type and lifestyle. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation following salon standards. Educate clients on proper hair care, styling techniques, and product recommendations. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client. Requirements & Experience Valid cosmetology license is required. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hairstylist. Strong skills in highlights, balayage, hair color, toning, and haircutting. Experience with different haircut techniques and current beauty trends. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Excellent communication and customer service skills. (Spanish-speaking is a plus) Ability to provide personalized recommendations and build long-term client relationships.
