Chicago Your Role :

We are looking for two experienced Master Barbers / Stylists to join Stillpoint as foundational members of our grooming team. This is more than a chair behind which to work. As one of our senior professionals, you will help establish the craft, service standards, culture, and guest experience that define Stillpoint. You should be equally comfortable delivering an exceptional haircut, consulting with a discerning client, mentoring another barber, and helping us refine the small details that turn a good service into an exceptional one.

We're looking for someone with strong technical ability and quiet confidence . You take your craft seriously but don't need an ego to demonstrate your expertise. You understand that luxury isn't about being flashy—it is about attention, consistency, time, and care. A valid Illinois license appropriate to the services performed would be required. Pay:
