The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and have a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair services while ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves not only styling hair but also engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice on hair care, and promoting salon products and services. Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences. Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.

Experience in extensions:

K-tip, tape in, and/or weft style Engage in upselling salon products and services to enhance the client's experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace. Stay updated on current trends and beauty products. Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service. Ability to thrive in a team-based environment Experience Valid cosmetology license is required; barbering experience is a plus. Proven salon experience in hairstyling, including knowledge of various techniques and trends. Familiarity with retail sales practices within a salon environment is preferred. Experience with store management or leadership roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
