Your Role:
As a Daytime Cosmetology Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and inspiring students who aspire to become skilled beauty professionals. You will create an engaging classroom environment that fosters hands-on learning, allowing students to develop their practical skills and artistic flair while adhering to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements. Facilitate hands-on training sessions covering various cosmetology techniques, including hair cutting, coloring, and styling. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain an organized and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Requirements Qualifications:
Valid State Cosmetology Teacher License is required. Experience in the cosmetology field is essential. Previous teaching experience is an asset but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students. A passion for teaching and mentoring individuals in their beauty careers. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
