Role:

We're looking for a talented, experienced hairstylist who is passionate about their craft and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are a Summit Salon that operates on a level-based, commission-driven system. New hires begin at an hourly rate aligned with their experience and certifications, transitioning to commission as performance goals are achieved. •Recent graduates should apply for our Associate Hairstylist position.

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Build strong client relationships through consultations and personalized recommendations Recommend and retail professional products to support client results at home Confidently suggest additional services to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to overall salon operations Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For:

Active Indiana Cosmetology License Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Professional appearance and positive attitude A commitment to ongoing education and personal growth
