Expect:

Hands-On Mentorship You'll be paired with a top-level stylist and educator who will guide your growth every step of the way.

Daily training includes:

Mastering multi-service appointments Learning effective retail recommendations and sales techniques Setting and tracking daily service and retail goals Building strong product knowledge and salon protocols Daily Coaching & Feedback Start each day with a clear plan and opportunities for growth End each day with a one-on-one recap to celebrate wins and identify areas for improvement Real Client Experience As you progress, you'll earn Opportunity Days , allowing you to bring in your own clients and perform services at 50% of Level 1 pricing —giving you the chance to build confidence and a clientele before graduating the program. Your Future Upon completion, you'll advance to a Level 1 Commission Stylist , fully prepared to take clients independently while continuing to grow within a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do:

Assist and perform hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments alongside your educator Build guest relationships through consultations and personalized recommendations Recommend and retail professional products Suggest additional services to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean, organized workspace Support team operations and salon flow
