Magic Hat Barber Shop is a premium three-chair boutique barber shop located in Carmel City Center and is the go-to men's grooming destination for the who's-who of the Indy area and it's VIP visitors. We're searching for the best of the best. Join our team and lead the men's grooming and barbering industry.
BARBER POSITION

REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Barber and/or Cosmetologist in INDIANA Existing Upscale Client Base in the Carmel Area Confidence in Skills & Versatility in Cutting Styles Hair Care & Skin Care Product Knowledge Professional Appearance & Conduct Distinct Personal Style Desire to Grow Expertise Excitement for the Brand Friendly & Upbeat Attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Expert Haircuts , Straight Blade Shaves , Beard Grooming , Product Knowledge & Excellent Customer Service Adhere to Standards of Service for Each Guest Positive Ambassador for the Brand Consistency & Reliability Help to Maintain Shop Appearance We are excited to add the right professional to our team and support their growth toward becoming a six-figure barber.
