Full Job Description Introduction:

Rejuve Salon Spa is seeking a friendly and professional barber/cosmetologist to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The Stylist will be responsible for hair cutting, hair color, chemical treatments, professional product recommendations, rituals and ensuring that our guests have a positive salon experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Provide the tools and skills for hair cutting, coloring, and chemical services Make product recommendations and educate guests on home care and styling tips Learn the booking software, schedule and pre-book appointments and update orders Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitations and washing laundry as needed Communicate clearly with team members, guests and management Participate in continued education to further enhance your career Present a clean and well-groomed professional appearance

Qualifications:

Indiana cosmetology/barber beauty culture license Excellent communication and customer service skills Learn via online and technical platforms Ability to multitask and use computers, IPAD's and formulate hair color Ability to work efficiently within the provided schedule and complete services on time Open to growth, education and learning from those around you
