If you do not have Salon experience or an established clientele, this is not a position for you. I will only be considering people that are experienced with a clientele. Duties Deliver a wide range of hair services including cuts, trims, coloring, styling, hair extensions, and hair threading to meet each client's unique needs. Perform barbering services such as straight razor shaves and grooming for men. Apply makeup and eyelash extensions to enhance clients' natural beauty. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations. Use salon software like

to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing waitlists, and answering inquiries to ensure a smooth salon flow. Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client results and increase store revenue. Mentor junior staff members by sharing expertise in hair coloring, styling techniques, and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styles. Knowledge of salon software systems such as

for appointment booking and client management. Skilled in hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles to achieve vibrant or subtle results. Familiarity with advanced services like hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, and eyelash extensions is preferred. Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations confidently. Experience in store management or retail sales is a plus for supporting overall salon operations. Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering as required by state regulations; additional training in sanitation and store management is advantageous.
