In this energetic role, you will provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services that leave clients feeling fabulous and inspired. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your skills can shine and your career can grow. Booth rent will be $400 a mont. the first month will be free. Duties Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs to deliver personalized styling solutions. Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, trims, blowouts, coloring, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, and styling for special occasions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative solutions. Recommend suitable hair care products and styling tools to enhance client results and promote product sales. Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication, professional advice, and attentive service to encourage repeat visits. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity. Qualifications Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles. Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear recommendations. Strong knowledge of hair cutting techniques, coloring methods, and current beauty trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry innovations.
