OVERVIEW
All About Hair is seeking a motivated, dependable, and passionate Hair Stylist or Barber to join our growing salon. Due to our strong client base and consistent walk-in traffic, we're looking to add another talented professional to our team right away. Whether you're experienced or newly licensed and eager to grow, we'd love to hear from you.COMPENSATION

- Hourly or commission depending on experience, goals, what works for both you and the salon. Discussed during the interview. DUTIES
- Perform haircuts, styling, color, treatments, and other services within your license and experience.
- Consult with clients.
- Recommend services and products.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation.
- Collaborate in a positive team environment.
- Deliver a high-quality experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Louisiana Cosmetology or Barber license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable.
- Punctual.
- Professional.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Existing clientele welcome but not required.
