At Drybar Derby St Shops, we perform 200+ blowouts every week , giving our Stylists consistent opportunities to stay behind the chair, build loyal regulars, and grow their income. Whether you're an experienced Stylist or newly licensed Cosmetologist, there's room to grow here. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts, styling, and creating confidence.
WHAT YOU CAN EARN
Our Stylists have the opportunity to earn up to $35+ per hour in total compensation , including base pay, tips, and commissions.
• Keep 100% of your tips Commission opportunities Retail and sales opportunities Sick Time Off Team contests and incentives Top-performing Stylists can earn $40+ per hour in total compensation.

Current Massachusetts Cosmetology License Passion for styling and great client experiences Positive, team-first attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Motivated to learn and grow Newly licensed Cosmetologists are encouraged to apply!
AVAILABILITY
Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend and evening availability required. Must be available at least 2 of 3 weekend days (Friday-Sunday).
