District Leader / Licensed Cosmetologist - Full Time

PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

COMPENSATION

$27 an hour for

Administrative & District Leader Duties:

Up to 24 hours a week. You will receive an hourly rate for all assigned duties when you are NOT working Behind the Chair providing services. Behind the Chair (BTC)

Days:

Minimum of 2 days a week at a commission rate of 52% . You will be paid the

• based commission rate for every service you perform (or a guaranteed hourly wage
• per state, local, federal minimum wage requirements
• whichever is higher.

) 52% commission on your start date but will increase annually thereafter according to company policy.

Position Requirements:

MUST HAVE

Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation. Required to do Cosmetology Services behind the chair, minimum of 2 days a week. Retail Sales experience required. Required to do basic manicures and pedicures. Basic email and computer navigation skills required. Experience in a care giving environment (preferred)

On a regular basis, requires the ability to walk On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours On a regular basis, requires the ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
