What We Offer:
Base Salary to start A friendly, drama-free, and supportive salon environment High foot traffic and loyal clientele Ongoing education and training Flexible scheduling 50% - 60% Commissions based on your Book Retail commissions and performance bonuses Low color/product charges
What We''re Looking For:
Current cosmetology license (required) At least 2 years of salon experience (or exceptional talent if newer!) Skilled in cuts, color, styling, and current trends A professional, polished presence with outstanding communication skills Commitment to client satisfaction and an eye for detail A passion for the beauty industry and continuous growth Whether you''re an established stylist looking for a change, or an up-and-coming talent ready to grow, we'd love to meet you!
