Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best options. Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and follow-up. Assist in promoting salon services and products through social media and client referrals. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license in Maryland. Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon setting. Proficient in a variety of hair cutting and coloring techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
