Hairston's & Co. is currently seeking motivated, passionate Associate Artists and Junior Apprentice Artists to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, develop your craft, gain hands-on experience, and grow alongside a supportive and talented team.
THE PERFECT CANIDATE
  • Current or Newly License Cosmetologist.
Looking to grow a successful business while growing your skills in a hands-on mentor/experience behind the chair Eager to learn advanced techniques Thrive in a supportive, team-based environment Are excited to work with a diverse clientele
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist lead/mentor stylist with blowouts, treatments, and color services Support experienced stylists and their clients during appointments Learn coloring, advanced highlighing techniques, as well as textured and curly haircare Build your confidence while establishing and growing your own clientelleb
