$16.50/hour to start, plus access to tips and bonus opportunities About N Natural Hair Studio TWST Bar is the walk-in concept of N Natural Hair Studio — a fast-paced, high-volume natural hair salon in Maryland, part of a three-location company spanning Maryland and New York. We specialize exclusively in natural hair services and have been building careers since 2012. This is not a sink-or-swim environment. You will be supported, mentored, and given every tool you need to build a successful career. What You Will Do Provide natural hair styling services to walk-in guests Deliver a warm, professional guest experience from start to finish Work alongside an experienced team in a high-volume environment Keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Participate in monthly in-house education and team development
