As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to create stunning hairstyles, provide waxing annd lash services and engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your role will also involve utilizing salon software for appointments and retail sales, making it essential to have good communication skills and an eye for detail. Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Perform hair services and waxing services as requested by clients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Utilize salon software such as Square Appointments for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Promote retail products effectively through upselling techniques during client consultations. Assist in store management tasks including inventory control and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty techniques through continuous education. Requirements Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment. Proficiency in various hair styling techniques Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Knowledge of retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to enhance client experience. Ability to maintain sanitation standards consistently throughout the workday.
