Job Description
Hair Stylist (Licensed) We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Licensed Hair Stylist with expertise in haircuts, color services, and creative styling techniques. This position offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. Responsibilities Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions. Recommend hairstyles and haircuts. Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques such as like highlights, ombre and balayage. Apply hair treatment products as needed (e.g. color protection creams and hydrating masks). Manage bookings and serve walk-ins (when receptionist unavailable). Skills Valid license from a cosmetology school (required). Work experience as a cosmetologist (required). Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers. Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques. Up-to-date with industry trends. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask. (required) Fringe works as a team and teaches one another and grows together. We attend as much education as we can, both inside and out of the salon.
