Duties Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair extensions, and special treatments using advanced techniques like balayage or highlights. Provide grooming services such as straight razor shaves and barbering to meet diverse client needs. Deliver beauty enhancements through makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading. Utilize salon software systems such as

for scheduling appointments, managing client profiles, and processing retail sales efficiently. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations. Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable products and upsell retail items confidently while ensuring excellent customer service. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and supporting store management operations to ensure smooth daily flow. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in color theory, retail math, and advanced styling techniques to foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license. Proficiency in hair coloring techniques, hair extensions application, and styling tools. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members alike. Demonstrated ability in retail sales, upselling products, and retail math calculations to meet sales goals. Expertise in sanitation practices adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
