Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively to client needs, and upselling retail products like hair care or makeup items. Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment bookings, answering inquiries, and assisting with retail inventory. Mentor junior staff or apprentices to develop their technical skills in cosmetology and barbering techniques. Stay current with industry trends through ongoing education in color theory, new styling methods, and product knowledge. Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skills in hair styling, coloring, and grooming. Knowledge of salon software systems such as

for scheduling and retail management. Skilled in advanced techniques including hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, nail care treatments, makeup application, and hair threading. Familiarity with store management principles including retail math and upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
