This is not a traditional recruiting role.
The TPP is responsible for:
Recruiting experienced, service-ready hairstylists Validating technical excellence in haircutting and Aveda color Mentoring stylist performance and guest experience Supporting revenue growth and retention outcomes Acting as a liaison between stylists and salon leadership This role is designed for a seasoned salon professional who understands that talent success is measured in guest satisfaction, technical execution, and sustainable revenue generation—not just hiring volume. What Makes This Role Unique You are not just filling positions—you are building a high-performance stylist network inside a premium salon system.
You will directly influence:
Stylist success and retention Guest experience quality Revenue performance per stylist Long-term team culture and consistency Professional Experience Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in the professional salon or cosmetology industry Proven background as one or more of the following:

Senior hairstylist or top-performing stylist Salon educator, technical trainer, or platform artist Salon manager or multi-stylist team lead Recruiting or talent acquisition within beauty or wellness industries Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, or retaining high-performing stylists Technical Expertise Advanced proficiency in: Haircutting (precision and advanced techniques) Professional hair color formulation and application in Aveda Ability to translate hair color systems to Aveda Strong understanding of Aveda color systems and plant-based product performance Ability to accurately assess stylist skill level without reliance on formal testing environments Strong grasp of guest consultation, service design, and retail/service integration Talent Evaluation & Development Capability Ability to distinguish between:

Service-ready stylists Stylists requiring foundational training (not eligible for this role's pipeline) Experience coaching professionals toward performance improvement Ability to mentor stylists in:

Technical executionGuest retention and rebooking behavior Service consistency and professionalism Strong judgment in assessing long-term stylist potential and cultural alignment Business & Performance Acumen Understanding of salon or service-based revenue models Ability to interpret and influence performance metrics such as:

Revenue per stylist Guest retention Rebooking rates Service consistency and ticket performance Comfort operating in a KPI-driven performance environment Communication & Leadership Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority Ability to serve as a liaison between leadership and frontline service providers Professional maturity to handle sensitive performance conversations and escalations Strong documentation and reporting discipline Operational Alignment Willingness to operate within structured systems, policies, and service standards defined by AUSZI gbc and OYESPA Ability to support a shared-chair, multi-stylist salon model Flexibility to adapt to evolving business hours, staffing models, and operational needs Compliance & Professional Standards Commitment to strict confidentiality and ethical business conduct Ability to operate within an independent contractor framework without employee-level authorityCommitment to protecting brand reputation, guest relationships, and internal talent stability Preferred Qualifications Existing professional network of licensed hairstylists or salon professionals Prior experience in Aveda or comparable high-end salon environments Experience building or scaling teams in a multi-stylist environment Exposure to commission-based or performance-driven compensation models OYESPA is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa.
