As a , you will be the heart of our barber shop, delivering exceptional hair and grooming services while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your energetic approach and commitment to customer satisfaction will drive success and elevate our shop experience. Duties Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, beard grooming, zero fades. Provide expert barbering services, including straight razor shaves and traditional grooming techniques. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, communicating effectively, and offering personalized recommendations for hair care. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations. Operate salon software systems for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue through retail math strategies. Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment bookings, client check-ins/outs, and answering inquiries with professionalism. Experience Proven experience working in the industry with a strong background in cosmetology and or barbering. Skilled in various hair techniques including zero fades. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
