to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Upsell retail products like hair care items, makeup, nail care products, and eyelash extensions to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings via salon software, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, color theory, barbering skills like straight razor shaves, and customer service excellence. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation standards. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair coloring, styling, and hair extensions. Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Knowledge of retail math principles for upselling products confidently without overselling. Ability to perform specialized services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills. Willingness to learn new techniques related to store management and advanced cosmetology practices.
