As a Licensed Barber, you will deliver exceptional grooming and styling services to our diverse clientele, ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and refreshed. Your expertise in haircutting, shaving, and hair care will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant, customer-focused setting while working along side a team that fully has your back. Duties Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and hair styling tailored to each client's preferences. Utilize our software Square to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently. Perform top notch straight razor shaves, haircuts and beard trims to enhance client satisfaction. Offer expert advice on hair care, and retail product recommendations to boost store sales. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized consultations, and ensure a positive experience from beginning to end. Learn further technical skills, customer service excellence, and retail strategies. Experience Valid barbering/crossover license issued by the state of Missouri. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on barbering or men's grooming services. Skilled in using software for appointment management and client communication. Demonstrated ability to perform multiple hair cuts, hair styling, shaving and beard grooming is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide outstanding customer service. Experience in a previous shop or front desk operations is a plus. Previous experience within a business dealing with hospitality is a plus.
