Job Overview This is a booth rent position..we offer a weekly or daily rate… in a drama free environment . We are a high traffic busy salon in a prime location in the middle of town. In this dynamic role, you will craft stunning hairstyles, provide expert hair care advice, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles with precision and flair Execute hair coloring techniques using advanced color theory principles to achieve desired results Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to elevate client satisfaction Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service Manage client communication effectively, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations are exceeded Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, booking appointments, and managing walk-ins Requirements Valid cosmetology license Proficiency in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and hair care techniques Knowledge of salon software appointment management Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired outcomes Experience with retail sales, upselling products, and store management practices Familiarity with sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry makes a difference!
