Cutters & Co. is hiring one full-time licensed cosmetologist to join our established team in a luxurious environment inside the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis's Central West End. If you love cutting hair and want strong earnings without spending years building a clientele, this may bethe opportunity you've been looking for. Compensation Guaranteed $23-$25 hourly base Customer gratuities averaging approximately $5+ per haircut Automatic 6% service bonus on every haircut Established clientele — no personal book required Ongoing new-client marketing Estimated full-time cash compensation is approximately $56,000-$80,000+ annually, depending on scheduled hours, productivity, service mix and gratuities. For the Stylist Who Loves to Cut Cutters exclusively serves men. We are looking for a stylist who enjoys precision men's cutting, clipper and shear work, blending, finishing and building relationships with regular guests. Our environment is luxurious, personal and stylist-driven — not a traditional barbershop and not a large corporate salon. Our team includes a former longtime Paul Mitchell instructor who provides technical mentorship and guidance. Schedule & Requirements 30-35 hours per week Saturday availability required Closed Sundays and major holidays Active Missouri cosmetology license Professional, dependable and client-focused Cutters is independently owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team with 30 years of salon management experience.
