Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, styling, and special occasion looks with precision and creativity Apply hair extensions, color treatments, and hair threading techniques to meet diverse client needs Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring a safe environment in compliance with health regulations Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries professionally Mentor junior team members and support store management in daily operations to foster a collaborative team environment Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and haircutting techniques Knowledge of color theory, hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently and adhere to health regulations Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize product recommendations Familiarity with store management tasks such as front desk operations and mentoring is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms lives!
